Last night was my first Hockey lesson at the Ice Station. "Adult Stick Handling."
I knew I was a little out of shape but, wow! I GOT MY ASS KICKED! I went into this class honestly believing that I was not going to sweat. I was drenched- soaking wet! I can't wait for the next class.
